Q: itunes and bank details

Hello All, i just gave my iphone 4s to a relative who doesn't have a bank credit card. could i use a savings account to create an Apple ID? Or could he use iTunes without an ID until he gets use to the iphone. thankxxxxx Kim

Hey Kimla10,

It is not necessary to have a credit card to pay for iTunes purchases, and in most locations you do not have to have one for an Apple ID. See this article for payment methods -
