Q: Need help !

Please , help ! i'm using an iphone 5c . I have a problem with my iphone's time. The time always freeze/stop ticking and remains the same whenever i lock my phone. But it continues ticking after i unlock the phone and while i'm using it. Is there anybody that knows how to fix this problem ? . It kinda annoying because i have to reset the time each time i want to use my phone.
