Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you’ve moved your iTunes library from one computer to another and now there’s an issue with content not appearing in iTunes on the new computer. Take a look at the article linked below, it provides a lot of great information that you can use to verify the steps you’ve taken or move the iTunes library.

Jan 18, 2015 3:29 PM in response to Jason Lby Carudi,Thanks. The article you sent are the instructions I started with to transfer the library. Which I did it using an external drive. It shows up on the new computer in itunes, but everything has an exclamation point to the left. When I try to open or play anything, itunes cannot locate it. Apparently, it has a different path. None of the solutions I have found in the support community are working.

Jan 24, 2015 7:14 AM in response to Jason Lby Carudi,I followed the instructions for windows 7. Not sure why step 1 is open explorer. Was there a step left out? To get to the media files that won't open from step 2 on I had to go through computer>library>music>etc. Which I did. What next? I can find the files, but itunes still says cannot locate & the exclamation point is still there.
