80% is to the point where you should start thinking about replacement.

Macbook Pro batteries are rated to 1000 cycles, you are about 1/3 of the way through the intended lifespan.

Sure you could chuck it out & get a new one, but that is not great for the environment (even with proper recycling). If you can't get through the day, then change it, but if you are OK with the time it runs for stick with it.
