Q: I Tunes Statement

Has anyone experienced nil balance on their account, when you know there is a balance? It used to come up as $0.00 balance if you had used up all your credits,  now it is just blank, not even a lonely $ sign.....why Apple????  I redeemed a gift card, then there was the balance, but I want to know is where my previous balance dissappeared to.......cyber applle, maybe.........I had about $86 then downloaded two rental movies = $9 and then a music album $17, then three songs $5.....where has the rest gone?  Does anyone know where you go to download a fully itemised Statement, with balances brought forward and all the debits and credits on an easy to read statement?  I did look in my account section, but its not that easy to read like a regular fully itemised account.

    They charge me big price of $ 16.60. I don't know why they didn't price them to update each one them on store app say like get each one them no price showing. That why they need your number to paid so much when you check your credit balance $ if you of debt or credit card It's no right they charge without you know it that is no right they do it without we okay it.
