I am trying to setup my MacBook Pro but the page is stuck on diagnostics & usage. Because it hasn't finished the setup I can't even chat live with apple because I haven't got a serial number. Hope there's someone out there who can help?!

Do you have the invoice? That will show the Serial number.
You can find the serial number on the package or on the surface of the computer.
