Where are you? Who is your carrier? Where EXACTLY did you get the phone? Are you getting any error messages on the phone or in iTunes?

    How to do what? If you want help, you should start your own thread rather than tack on to one that's almost three years old. Give it a properly descriptive  subject line (e.g. Having trouble retrieving email). Explain exactly what you're trying to do, and what happens when you try. Be as specific as possible with any error messages you get. List all the trouble shooting steps you've already taken. If English is not your native language, feel free to post in whatever language you're most comfortable using.
