Q: Bought iPad mini but previous owner cannot remember password. We restored the iPad using iTunes.which was successful as the hello screen appears but it still says original password neede to unlock iPad. Please help me someone

IiPad mini was restored using iTunes and the welcome screen does appear but it still says iPad cannot be unlocked without original password. So frustrating. How can this issue be resolved. How can I get by his password if he can't remeber it?

You cannot get past the activation lock. Have the original owner go here:

https://iforgot.apple.com

To try to recover the password.

He can use
https://iforgot.apple.com
to retrieve.
You cannot bypass Activation lock without the correct Apple ID and password.
Return it for a refund, is best.
