It may help to force close all open applications, then restart your iPad.

If the notification persists, the next step would be to restore the device.

Sep 30, 2014 3:52 PM in response to Allen Aby TellMetr,Allen Thanks for your input. But I was able to resolve because of my first issue with cellular data Wi-Fi on the ipad. I turned off celluar data on ipad and the notification disappeared. Go figure. Thanks again!

Jan 19, 2015 11:42 AM in response to TellMetrby Alex2507,For me, I finally realized the there are two tabs over the list of recents: Video, Audio. I clicked in the Audio tab and voila, the notifications disappeared.
