Nov 27, 2014 12:44 PM in response to Eric Rootby HenryEscargot,Thank you for your reply Eric. No updates are available at the moment. Webex is used company wide so I need to stick with it or other company sanctioned seen sharing software

Jan 8, 2015 4:24 PM in response to HenryEscargotby forager48,I am having the same problem! I can watch the recording of a meeting, but that doesn't do me any good if I'm supposed to host one! Any idea when this issue might be resolved? I have an iMac 21.5-inch

Jan 13, 2015 4:38 PM in response to HenryEscargotby BigRedox,Same issue here. Everything works from home as expected, once I'm on the corporate network I have this issue...and only after the Yosemite update...WebEx client starts, looks like it's establishing a connection then errors out and attempts to reconnect without success...and continues in this loop until I shut it down.
Current gen. Macbook Pro 15 w/retina connected via thunderbolt Ethernet adaptor.

Jan 15, 2015 3:45 PM in response to forager48by forager48,WebEx is FINALLY working! At least in Safari. Still won't load in any other browser. The first time it opened, it took a few minutes and the new window for the meeting ends up being behind the first browser window for some reason, but at least I can use it again.

So how were you able to make it work?
-
Jan 20, 2015 11:04 AM in response to boybitzby forager48,There was nothing that I did to make it work--it just started working again in Safari. However, it takes a few minutes after I click on Login and then the meeting comes up in another window behind the one I logged in on. I just tried it in Firefox and it now works there; still does not work in Chrome. All three browsers still have the following message in a black banner at the top: "Your browser version is not supported for use with WebEx and may not provide an optimal experience. To view browsers that support the best WebEx experience, go here." One thing I did do that may have enabled it to work in Firefox was to remove Silverlight, which is a Windows app and I'm not even sure how it got on my computer. I was told that it has a similar plug-in as the WebEx plug-in. I'm still searching for answers.

Jan 27, 2015 5:28 PM in response to CompanyGby forager48,When using Firefox, click on the three bar menu in the upper left corner of the browser, then click on add-ons. Under Plug-ins, look for Silverlight plug-in and make sure it is set on "Ask to Activate." Since doing that, I now have very little difficulty starting or getting into a WebEx meeting. The advise I received was "Silverlight could create conflicts when you are running Webex Meetings which is using a similar plugin."

Mar 3, 2015 9:25 AM in response to forager48by PaxBelgium,Hello, I had the same issues as well. Removing silverlight plug-in in both safari and chrome didn't help in my case. Since the behaviour was erratic (whether I was on corporate lan, wifi, at home, etc..) I had a look at the proxies in my network preferences. Removing the checkbox in front of "Auto Proxy Discovery" did the job so the webex plug-in works again in both safari and chrome (on OSX Yosemite 10.10.2) -

Apr 13, 2015 10:23 AM in response to PaxBelgiumby txstan,My problem with WebEx is that the elapsed time does not show in the block in the lower left corner on my new Macbook Pro with 10.10.3. It did in 10.9 on my older Macbook Pro. Cisco community never responded to my question.
What can I do?
