Your problem may be caused by a corrupt or unusual file, maybe one that is large.

How do I locate this file? I downloaded all music to Google Play without in problems.

Not an easy task. I suggest that you make a smart play list based on iCloud status = to local only. This will tell you what tracks are not in the cloud. You will need to examine those files to find any large file - sort by file size.
