Q: Change Country & Credit Card **Help**

Hello,

 

I have recently moved to another country. I have to change the country as well as the credit card information on my account but when I try to do this the following message appears: "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-1009). There was an error in he iTunes Store. Please try again later."


Then if I try to change my credit card information first, it doesn't let me change the country and the following message appears:

"The billing of a previous purchase has failed because your payment card was declined. Please provide valid payment card information and click Done to pay your outstanding balance and continue using the store."


Then if I insist anyway by entering my new card information and leaving the other country I get "The payment card you entered is not valid in France. The postcode must be a 5-digit number.


There is nothing I can do, as my new card is in the new country where I live and the past one is no longer valid.


I need to download applications and the account is just blocked saying the same things without giving any alternative...


Can someone please help?
