Thanks for this link. However, I think the issue might not be port related but IDS (intrusion detection system) related. I am guessing there is some "signature" that may be being blocked with regards to how the windows iCloud exe works. Is there any thing else you might have to offer for the Network group to look out for. I was able to have a change be made for a brief moment, but I believe the appliance is detecting this traffic as malware or spyware?

Note: Dropbox works perfectly fine?? One drive works perfectly fine??

I see that you have done a little troubleshooting and determined that the ports may not be the issue that is preventing you from connecting to the iCloud Drive. You may want to take a look at the following link to help you continue troubleshooting, as it may resolve the issue from a security software standpoint:
