Q: Customer service is extremely poor in HU - need support!

ElÅ‘re is köszönöm.

    üdvözlet
GoogleTranslate csinál egy rossz munkát a hosszú nyilatkozatok.

    Kérjük, írja a rövid megállapításokat.

Úgy tűnik, hogy van két probléma.

    [1] A panaszt a telefonos ügyfélszolgálati hívás?
Nem találom információt kaphatunk az Apple a apple.com/hu/ ez nem oldja meg az Apple-amerikai helyszíneken

[2] Problémák a regisztráció új (több) eszközök?

    Ha problémád van a készüléke,
    találni egy hivatalos Apple Szolgáltató
    vagy
    ha szeretné Training
    találni itt is

OK, so now I understood that you simply do not care about only Hungarian speaking customers here however you claim on your site and offline materials you do (google translate or similar tool here is actually the best evidence). And something similar applies to this country (Hungary).

The reply was of course insufficient and lacks of any level of proficiency and real respect.

You obviously did not understand my issue.

Would you be so kind to contact me via mail where I can really communicate in private with someone?

It can be in english this time, but that needs real understanding and willing to solve the customers (my) needs instead of following comfortable cliches!

I'm absolutely sure that you won't be able to solve my issue otherwise in a civilised way I really tried to do via chat phone and form, but fed up with the level of support which is close to zero.

    Thanks,

    Imre

No one here works for Apple. No one here will contact you off-site.

    Hello,
As indicated, the phone is not appropriate option, I would like to AppleCare in professional education and training (online form), or if it is currently impossible due to the technical part, you have obstacles, similar to form to validate the extended warranty. The telephone registration / betűzgetés please do not expect to be appropriate, I repeat, eight pieces of handset, has a failed registration has taken half an hour munkaidÅ‘mbÅ‘l (registration fails, no picture is not énmagatartásomnak due), this is certainly not want this multiplied by eight, but ! no four
me, the email format - as already indicated. - the right
Thank you in advance.

Surely you see my point on GoogleTraslate

I tried to help as best I could (spending 20 minutes at various Hungarian Apple.com pages)

As our friend stevejobsfan0123 says, we are not Apple... we are users like yourself

You are right... I did not understand your issue - and still don't.

    Break it down for us

We are other users, if you want you contact Apple do so directly…

    https://www.apple.com/hu/support/contact/

If you can explain the issue in English we may be able to help, but we are mostly just other Apple users & as such don't care what you think about Apple or it's support. Sorry, there just doesn't seem to be that many Hungarian speaking users here.

You may also consider going to an Apple store if you can, they will help with Apple hardware & can start a case if you have warranty or Apple care.

EDIT: You may need to use iStyle or any other approved Apple partner - it is isn't clear if Apple have stores in Hungary.

    Good luck.

Thanks, sorry guys, now I got it, just one of their nice sites suggested to use this to get help and you know if you are angry on a poor level of service you may not notice that it's just dropping off their official support site.

I'm afraid you won't be able to help, but here is my case:

We bought quite a few macbook pros for my team with APP there is no way to register them online for Hungary, I tried via phone, but they told I have to stay on line to finish that. We tried, but it failed already with the first and it took half an hour (the failed attempt).

To my question "if we could handle that other way than waiting on phone for dictating every single character" they said simply "no". Sorry, but I don't have more than 2 hours to stay on phone and play around and hoping and wishing that this is going to work.

I think Apple should be a little more flexible to do the registration.

    Any idea?

Thanks again and sorry for the misunderstanding...

    I get it, finally

If you have done this before, try it again

    1. Go to > https://supportprofile.apple.com/
    2. Choose Add Product
    3. Choose your "Location" (if it is not already Hungary) by clicking the "Badge" or the words next to it

      Hungary
    4. Proceed as instructed (I cannot go further as I have no new products... and if I did, would not wish to register them in Hungary)
    5. Repeat as necessary for more products as necessary

Is registration necessary? I do not think that I have registered all of my products. I do not know laws in Hungry. I know in the US registration is optional for warranty work.

    Thanks ChitlinsCC,

It was the obvious try and I already did and ended up on this which is actually a dead end:

    shot.png

The only clickable item there was here:
"If you have suggestions for improving the AppleCare Agreements online experience, please let us know ."

I'm talking about extension and we've already purchased it as a APP package. I have to register if I want it to work after the base warranty.

In the US version of the page - http://www.apple.com/support/products/ - there are two obscure links, one of which takes you to a page for registering your AppleCare Plan

    http://www.apple.com/support/applecare/

Upon clicking the [Register] button, one is taken to a page that has several informational links available

clicking the (GREEN) link, takes one to a page - Do I need to register my AppleCare agreement? that has much information on it - and has a Languages Menu

    =============

In Hungary version [ http://www.apple.com/hu/support/products/ ], these obscure links in are dead ends for me as well - although one has another obscure link (IT APPEARS in the same typeface AND NO BLUE color and Underlines only on HOVER regarding "Enterprise Clients" - These DO resolve to English Apple-US failure pages)

IF you get no joy from these links (RED) try the (GREEN) telephone number

This does seem overly cumbersome, to say the least.

    Out of curiosity... [pick one]

    1. You are still at an impasse
    2. the US version worked for you
    3. the Hungarian version worked for you (in what way?)
    4. None of the above

    yup, sometimes it does
