Jan 23, 2015 5:28 PM in response to razmee209by ChrisJ4203,It appears to be supported in Canada, and that is where Rogers is, the carrier the OP reported as getting it unlocked from.

Jan 23, 2015 5:30 PM in response to Harkanwalby ChrisJ4203,I suggest that you contact the carrier and ask them to check to make sure the SIM is provisioned properly, and maybe they can replace the SIM if necessary. Normally if there was a problem with the unlock, you would see a SIM not supported error.

Jan 23, 2015 5:45 PM in response to pogsterby Harkanwal,Actually the owner unlocked it online because it was locked with rogers before (contract with rogers).

Jan 23, 2015 6:30 PM in response to Harkanwalby pogster,Online means what though and by whom? I would call Rogers and ask them if they unlock phones online or only by an in store visit. If only in store then that might explain why you are having problems. You might even want to go into a Rogers outlet and see if they can verify if the phone is truly unlocked. Some info about unlocking a phone from Rogers.
