Q: How do I report an Apple Support Community user?

Wanted to know where or how can I report a user that not only never replies with valid or helpful answers in a discussion but also always replies with answers that make people get mad and loose the objective of the actual forum, please let me know if someone knows where or how can this be done.

    You have now way of knowing IF KiltedTim reported your post (doubtful, as he is a big boy and tends to stand up for himself, if you couldn't tell) - or if he did, you have no way to prove it. Hosts do not rely on us to report things. Just take a deep breath and don't get into a ruckus over nothing.

    one additional reason that you may not be able to post...

     

    there is apparently Subject Matter that is prohibited.

     

    I can't imagine the technique for determining the content by a computer program - maybe keywords? But what those topics could be are unknowable in advance and almost impossible to figure out while attempting to avoid breaking an unpublished rule.

    petermac87 is cyber bullying on this site with insulting, impolite nettiquette.

     

    I would like to report Petermac87. If you do a search on his activity you will see that his only responses are impolite and unhelpful, and mean spirited. He instigate arguments by being insulting. He verbalizes comments in a abrasive way. Then of course if you respond, he becomes more ignorant, and belligerent.  Please send him a warning. He cyber bullying is not good for this site. Maybe he has some authority here to ban people but he is too immature to handle it. He uses no courtesy by the way he starts all his comment with a verb. Very poor nettiquette. His point has gone to his head.

    All this because the moderators removed your post for breaking the Terms Of Use that you agreed to when you came here? Then you stalk through someone's history and then accuse THEM of bullying?   And then add you rant to a two month old post that is already marked as answered successfully?

    Just to be clear: no one here has any authority to do anything. The only people who make all the decisions are Apple employees - the hosts. Anyone with more than 150 points can report a post; however, the decision of what to do about it - or not - is the hosts' decision.

    Yes I did a quick look at your activity. I have been here since 2007. I have sold Apples and built business for Apple and I have run business with Apple equipment over 20 years. I ran users groups at Apple HeadQuarter in NYC.

    So do you actually have a technical question that you need assistance with? Or are you here just to annoy people? We would be most pleased to assist you with any issues you are having with your Mac, but we cannot give technical assistance to rants.
