Jan 26, 2015 2:50 AM in response to Viktor__dby Ingo2711,Sorry, but dropping the phone is not covered by the warranty and the phone has to be serviced at your costs.
Go to this page to get the info to contact Apple Support to start the service request.

What type of damages are not covered under my warranty?
Apple's Limited Warranty for iPhone excludes coverage for damage resulting from accident, disassembly, unauthorized service and unauthorized modifications. Please review the warranty for further details.
An iPhone that is ineligible for warranty service may be eligible for Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Service. For example, an iPhone that has failed due to damage or liquid damage is ineligible for warranty service but eligible for OOW service. However, certain damage is ineligible for OOW service, including catastrophic damage, such as the device separating into multiple pieces, and inoperability caused by unauthorized modifications. Please see Apple's Repair Terms And Conditions for further details. Refer to this article to check if the Liquid Contact indicator on your product has been triggered.
If your iPhone is not eligible for warranty service, you may wish to contact your carrier or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for other options.

Jan 26, 2015 4:15 AM in response to Viktor__dby Ingo2711,Sorry, but you are not addressing Apple here, this is a user to user forum, and we are all users here, just like you.
The screen replacement service is not available for every country. Go to this page Service Answer Center - iPhone , select your country and you will see your service options.
If your screen is damaged and the screen can not be replaced, you'll have to pay for the whole device getting replaced. In those cases Apple does not repair the parts, they will replace the phone with a new one. But you will have to pay the Out-Of-Warranty-Service fee, which is a reduced price.
If you want to tell Apple about your experience in your country, use this link:
