Dec 1, 2013 2:40 AM in response to Ows5by FFVT,Welsh is supported, to a degree. You can change your calendar etc to Welsh by selecting the following:
Settings - General - International - Region Format - Ignore the first option for United Kingdom and scroll down and select Welsh (United Kingdom).

The same answer was given by someone else 2 years ago. It was wrong then and it is still wrong now. Welsh is not available. Read the tech specs to find out which languages are supported:
