Jan 27, 2015 12:33 AM in response to sandefrombusheyby Roger Wilmut1,OK, that's not the question you originally asked. You said you had forgotten your ID. Now you are saying the phone is locked by someone else's ID.
From the sound of it the phone is 'Activation Locked' by your uncle's Apple ID. In this case only he can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you are unable to get him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you.

Jan 27, 2015 9:37 PM in response to sandefrombusheyby bryan.vance,The only solution if he truly forgot it is for him to provide an original receipt (original meaning the device was brand new from a carrier or a Best Buy or Apple store) and bring an old bill from his carrier to prove ownership and only then will an Apple Store assist you. Do not bother making the trip if you do not have either document.
