Thanks for the question. When you state that you have tried resetting the phone, are you referring to a restore with iTunes? In possible hardware situations like the one you have described, the best isolation step is to restore your device to factory settings and test to see if the issue persists (before restoring any backups):

Thanks for your prompt reply. At first, I tried resetting via phone settings. Since it didn't work, I restored it using iTunes. Now it seems normal.
