iTunes doesn't handle OS X updates, the Mac App Store handles those.
iTunes only handles iOS updates.
Mac OS X server can run a software update server. It allows you to download OS X updates once, confirm they work (on a test Mac) & then publish them to the devices on the network.

It also has Apple caching server that can help reduce the amount of downloads that iOS devices & iTunes creates on the network, but that doesn't give you options to push updates to iOS in any controlled manner.

You may also want to look at creating an iTunes account for the business - establishing multiple devices with a personal account can get messy.
