From what you are describing, it sounds like iTunes thinks the file is downloaded on your computer and is trying to play it from that source. I would first try to locate it on your computer and reestablish a link to see if you can play it. If that does not work then try deleting the movie by selecting it and hit the delete key on your keyboard to remove it. That should bring up the cloud button on the movie and you will be able to download it again. Jan 28, 2015 2:27 PM in response to norm123by jlm9723,TThat did it Norm. I deleted the show. logged off itunes. Re logged back on went to store and there it was with the iCloud ready to be downloaded .
