Q: why did the cellular data tab disappear

I am not able to access internet. My cellular button is no where to be found

iPad 2, iOS 8.1

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that you are unable to locate the cellular data settings on your iPad. the cellular data settings should be found under Settings > Cellular Data as described in the attached article. If this option is not there and you are sure this is an iPad Wi-Fi plus Cellular model, please let me know.
