If that does not work restart holding down option r or just option to see if you have a yosemite restore partition. If you do run restore. If you can you should back up your drive first. If this doesn't work or you have no restore partition. try this.http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203176 If non of this works you will have to do a clean instal os Yosemite. You should be able to start up using command R to do this.
