Q: MY IPHONE 5 WILL NOT RING WHEN I RECEIVE CALLS

My iphone 5 will not ring when I receive calls.  I have already checked all the settings I know about.  Is anyone else having this glitch? 

iPad 2, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

    What are all of the settings you know about? Did you check to ensure you have a ringtone selected? Did you check to make sure you do not have the mute switch activated? Did you check to ensure that Do Not Disturb is activated? Did you check the volume setting for the ringer? If you have completed all of that, did you do any other troubleshooting?
