Feb 1, 2015 10:44 PM in response to Xetby Xet,I just realized it might be something with iTunes itself. iTunes is not detecting my other e-mail accounts. There is some sort of disconnect between iTunes and Outlook 2010.

Feb 1, 2015 11:30 PM in response to ManSinhaby Xet,I don't think any of those fixes apply to me. There's something wrong with the new iTunes version.
If it was working before the two updates (iPhone and iTunes), then there's only one (or two really) to point the finger for this fault.
And why do I keep seeing a sync conflict error in the AppData?

Feb 2, 2015 7:46 AM in response to Xetby Xet,So it turns out that it is iTunes.
Most of my coworkers and former coworkers manage our contacts on Outlook. Either 2010 or 2013 versions. When they were running v11.4, they could see a list of other e-mail accounts on iTunes. (Remember that section where you can sync contacts, calendars and e-mails? That list of e-mails was there whether or not they did a sync.) After updating their iTunes to v12, they don't see anything.
FYI, I run Outlook 2007 and I'm at work with no contacts in my phone. If Apple can escalate this and come out with a fix, perhaps today, it'll be helpful in being functional at work at a par level. Because I'm sub-par right now without these contacts.

Feb 8, 2015 5:44 PM in response to Xetby Dupapier,I have exactly the same problem as Xet.
Everything was working fine, I installed the latest version of iTunes and now my contacts don't synchronise anymore.
I tried to force the "replace the contact on the phone" it doesn't work.
I tried to delete all the contact on the phone and when I synchronise everything it update everything except all the change I made (new contact, calendar entries deleted, update of contacts) since the installation of the latest iTunes version.
Any info. Xet is it still not working for you ?

Feb 8, 2015 6:38 PM in response to Dupapierby Xet,There are some solutions that were thrown and with success. First, the exact problem lies with iTunes v12.1, not v12.0. Apparently, someone downloaded and installed v12.0 and was able to get the sync working. Others had system restore points and was able to go back.
I have tried going down to v11.4 but that will not install on any of my computers. You can download the v11.4 from Apple but it's in 32-bit only. Perhaps that's why it didn't work, I have 64-bit computers. iTunes v12.0 worked for others and I have yet to try this because I'm unable to find a reputable source to trust the installer. Apple does not have v12.0 available on their site, as far as I know of.
Another alternative, besides the iCloud, is to convert all your Outlook contacts to Windows contacts. This is a hassle because you're changing format from Outlook to vCard/CSV to Windows. This is what I did for now and it's not a perfect conversion.
