Q: how do I turn off making calls through wi-fi networks?

How do I turn off phones ability to make calls through wi-fi networks?  the calls drop when I leave the wi-fi area.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3

    Settings - Phone - WiFi calls - Toggle to Off

    I'm missing something....I don't have that option.  Under Settings Icon, in the  fifth group down, there is "Phone".   "WiFi calls" is not present.  I recall having the conversation when the phone was set up at the Genius Counter.

     

    Under Phone, I have:

    My Number,

    Contact Photos,

    Calls: Respond with text, Blocked, TTY,

    Change Voicemail Password,

    Dial assist

    SIM PIN

    Verizon Services
