Q: I installed latest itunes update and after re starting computer, old itunes account came up. How can I change over to my new account?

I recently updated iTunes and after re-booting iTunes come up asking for the password to an account no longer used. How can I change the account back to the current one?

Hi thewongone2,

Do you have any purchases in the iTunes Library that may have been made with the previous account? If so, iTunes may be asking to authorize your computer to play these purchases. Check out the following resource for additional information:
