    can't. It always syncs nearly instantly. if you want to choose when you want to sync your calendar to your iOS devices, use the iTunes Sync Feature.

    'nearly instantly' is why I asked the question. In a perfect world that is the case but there's many factors that can cause your sync to fail or not occur at all. By setting a sync schedule you can at least be assured that you attempted to get the latest shared calendar before the meeting. Am I making sense?

     

    Anyway, I assumed that it wasn't possible but it should be. There must be a heavy load on the servers and network constantly syncing.

    Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
