I added a new post to my iTunes U course and it is not showing up on one of my student's iPads. She has only one Apple ID on the iPad. Any assistance is appreciated. more

I don't know if these will work, but you could have the student try the following:
- logout of his or her iTunes U (i.e., iTunes Store) account using Settings
- force-quit iTunes U
- relaunch iTunes U
- sign in to the newly launched app when prompted
