It sounds like you’re running into an issue with an in-app purchase, you've made the purchase but haven't received it yet. Take a look at the article linked below, it provides information that can help you resolve issues with missing in-app purchases.

Also, you may want ensure restriction settings aren’t preventing In-App Purchases on your device as shown here:
