you can't, it's integrated in the OS.

You may find the following helpful. Uninstall or disable Apple Remote Desktop - Apple Support

If you are referring to the Remote Desktop Client rather than the Admin. Application then you should not remove it as the client comes with OS X as part of the OS. You can however disable remote administration in the Sharing pane of System Preferences.
