iTunes: Changing the display language - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2242 - "Follow the steps below to change the language displayed in iTunes and also the language displayed in the iTunes store."
Above method did not work but reinstalling iTunes did - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6798898
I use an old iTunes so things may be different on yours. With mine I can go to Advanced > convert mp3 tags and change the text coding. It is possible something that was labeled in Korean might need a different text encoding set.

Feb 5, 2015 9:31 PM in response to Limnosby telephonedude98,Thanks. Unfortunately it does not work. I've tried changing my language to Korean and then restarting iTunes, but it still shows up in an alien language. Do you know any other way to change this?

Feb 6, 2015 6:06 AM in response to telephonedude98by Chris CA,Select the songs in iTunes.
Right click > Convert ID3 tags and select v2.3.
As Limnos suggested, is this "alien" language Korean?

Feb 17, 2015 7:41 AM in response to Chris CAby telephonedude98,I see that option but it doesn't work. I press OK after chooseing v2.3 but then when I right click and Convert ID3 tags again, it goes back to "none", as if I had never clicked v2.3.

Have you tried re-installing iTunes?
