Feb 3, 2015 7:53 PM in response to bobseufertby ascameda,Thanks. My iPad 2 has wifi+cellular. I had to reinstall the ios and when I did it automatically installed ios 8. When I go to Cellular Data and Data Roaming, Cellular Data Network settings don't appear. That is my problem, I cant find them to edit them.

Feb 3, 2015 8:58 PM in response to ascamedaby bobseufert,You're welcome. Without cellular settings I can only suggest the basics.
Try a reset. Press and hold boththe home and power buttons until the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait until your iPad starts on it's own.
Reset all settings. Go to settings> general> reset> reset all settings. Make sure you know your wifi passcode before doing this step because you'll have to enter it again.
Restore. Lets hope it doesn't go this far or that somebody mught have a solution.

Feb 3, 2015 10:49 PM in response to bobseufertby ascameda,Thanks. After thinking a bit, I worked out it was the Settings. I went to Reset but didn't do a general reset, only reset Network Settings. It worked, APN settings appeared. Entered the required APN, Username and Password for the particular SIM and it worked. Then had to renter the key / password for my WIFI network. All good.
