Feb 6, 2015 7:26 AM in response to Sueordby brenden dv,Hi Sueord,
I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your iPad. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature of the issue you are describing. If the screen on your iPad is going black suddenly during use, but the iPad is otherwise still running and you are able to wake it with the Home button, you may find the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:

On the other hand, if your screen is going black during use because the iPad is actually shutting off and you have to turn it back on again, then this article may be more useful:

Feb 6, 2015 11:53 AM in response to brenden dvby mestlycrunch,I Keep having this issue too. I'll be using my iPad and out of nowhere it turns off like you hit the power butting quick. It doesn't shut down completely where you have the apple logos. Just back to the lock screen. Then I have to hit the home button and enter my passcode to get back in again. Doesnt matter what im doing or what app im in. Sometimes does it up to 4 times in a minute. Seems like it's been since the 8.1.3 update, but I'm not positive. I checked all the settings, can't figure it out. Any suggestions?
