Mar 4, 2015 7:55 AM in response to truelovejby rvinny, having the same problem. Doesn't happen every time. If I type it in the Safari search bar, nothing happens. No notification or progress indicator, nothing. If I go to Google.com and try the search bar on their site, same thing, Safari tries to reload the page and it's just a white screen with Google's header at the top. If I go to Bing.com and try there, everything works fine. So.... wondering if Google is the problem?
Between this and my Google Apps account no longer working reliably in Apple Mail, I am getting a little annoyed with the increasing lack of compatibility between tech companies. They used to all play nice together. Seems Microsoft has picked up on this and is making overtures to befriend Apple users where Google continues to alienate.
