Feb 8, 2015 12:54 PM in response to someoneontheinternetby johnfisk,If you use a Mac you can open the Image Capture program in your applications folder. With your phone plugged in, the program will show you all the images on your device. You can also bulk delete images.

- icloud photo library (beta)
- upload to my photo stream
- icloud photo sharing
settings>photos & camera>make sure this section is disabled too

Feb 8, 2015 1:43 PM in response to someoneontheinternetby pogster,You could also go through your messages app and see if you have videos or photos in there. Delete unwanted emails and empty the trash in each account. If you are trying to update over wifi try doing it by plugging into iTunes.
