Feb 11, 2015 2:13 PM in response to Perez75by jason269,Hello, Perez75
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I understand that your screen drops on your iPhone 6 randomly. This sounds like you may have activated Reachability which is a feature specific to the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. This feature is activated by touching the Touch ID sensor twice. You can disable to feature by following the steps in the article below.
Managing Accessibility features using your device
Tap Settings > General > Accessibility to find settings for the following features:
Interaction:
- Switch Control
- AssistiveTouch
- Call Audio Routing
- Home-click Speed
- Reachability (iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus only)
Use Accessibility features in iOS
Cheers,
Jason H.
