I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature of the issue you are describing. iCloud Shared Albums are usually used to share photos albums between different people, not between a single person's different devices. There are several access to icloud: from Photos on iphone and Macbook, and from icloud.com (on an other computer)
I just shared an album from my iphone and the people I invited received it.
However I cannot see it from Photos on my Macbook or from icloud.com/Photos on an other computer.
I expect I should be able to add a picture to my shared albums from an other computer on icloud.com website. In fact it appears other people can now add pictures to the album, but not me from an other computer. That's not logical.
Not only that but some other older albums are in fact seen on icloud.com on windows even though they were created on Macbook/Photos. I can't figure out what is different about these albums. Newer albums are not showing.
