I understand that you do not see your iTunes library on one of your computers. I would need clarification on if you are an iTunes Match subscriber or attempting to access your purchases in the Cloud to provide a better answer. However, here are a couple troubleshooting articles for both scenarios.

Feb 9, 2015 5:42 PM in response to archibald1948by kayakor,My problem EXACTLY. I could see exactly ONE track out of thousands. Both from iTunes and ripped from CD.
I authorized the laptop (also a Toshiba) and it said it was already authorized.
I found I was not logged in to iTunes so i logged in. Now i can see my iTunes purchases in the Cloud but it wants me to download them all again (except for that one).
