This article should help you reset the security questions, found here:
About Apple ID security questions
- Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
- Select “Manage your Apple ID” and sign in.
- Select “Password and Security” on the left side of the page.
- If you already have security questions, you'll be asked to answer them before continuing. Forgot the answers?
- Choose your new security questions, then enter the answers.
- Add and verify a rescue email address, if that option is available.
- Click Save.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
Take care,
Sterling

Feb 10, 2015 8:46 PM in response to sterling rby nicholasfromchicopee,I have already done this. It will not let me reset them and there is no link that says send reset security info email to rescue email address. I need some way to start from new with the security questions, maybe there is some way to look at my account and figure out why that rescue email link is not there. it was there in my daughters and we successfully fixed her account but cannot fix mine.
