Q: my iTunes isn't in english how do i restore it back please

My i tunes has changed from english to another languege i followed on on line help but it did not work.

iTunes: Changing the display language - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT201690 - "Follow the steps below to change the language displayed in iTunes and also the language displayed in the iTunes store."

Above method did not work but reinstalling iTunes did - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6798898
