Q: beeps at startup and keeps restarting

Those beeps mean that there is a hardware problem with your Mac, so the only thing you can do is to take the Mac to an Apple Store (you cannot make a backup now, because you cannot start up your Mac). You can detect what the problem is -> Mac computers: About startup tones - Apple Support
