You do not need access to the old computer or it's files in order to "trust" a new computer from your iPhone. Just connect the iPhone to the new computer and when it asks if you want to trust the new computer, click the Trust button. See this article for more information -

I forgot the passcode for my iphone and its now disabled. It was previously sync'ed with the broken computer.
You can't do that on a disabled iPhone.
