Q: How to delete iTunes U if not lit up?

Hi,

I bought an iPhone 6, when I configured it I chose to import from iTunes the settings used on my previous iPhone 4s.

After that, I had to update it to iOS 8.1.3 and now I have two iTunes U icons: one is fully downloaded and lit up (the new one), another not fully downloaded (I suppose) and not lit up. I want to delete this one (well, both actually) but I can't work it out.

How can I do that?

Greetings Gian Maria,

You can delete most apps from your iPhone using the method described in this article -

If you need more space for an iOS update - Apple Support

Specifically -

Go to Settings and tap General > Usage > Manage Storage.
Select any app to see how much space it uses, and tap Delete App to remove it.
