Q: GPS remains ON while not Location Services are needed

Thanks for the question. Have you check your location services settings to see if there is an application or system service that is currently using location services? If you don’t see an app using location, definitely tap on “System Services” to see if anything like Find my iPhone or Motion Calibration is currently using location services (a purple icon will appear next to an item that has recently used your location).
