Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, a plug-in in Safari is not loading on the iMac but will on another computer. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
If the issue is resolved by removing items from the above locations to a different location, return the items one at a time and test Safari. That way you can determine which item is causing the issue. Once identified, remove the problematic item and put the others back.

Thanks for the response, but no luck. Both where fresh builds of 10.6.8, so there wasn't any new third party plugins in there other than the one I am trying to use. I wonder if it is the difference between the working computer being a MacBook Pro and the non working being a early 2007 Imac? Wasn't there some Flash Issues regarding Safari 5.1.10 and OS 10.6.8 on a early Imac? Thanks.
