    @xerxesad

     

    Follow my steps below and you should be set

    1. Power down your iPhone
    2. Hold down the home button
    3. Plug your iPhone to a wall outlet (but do not let go the home button)
    4. The 'connect to iTunes logo' should pop up right after, if you follow my steps correctly. 
    5. Once you see it, unplug from from the outlet and plug to your computer then restore.
