Thank you for contributing to the Apple Support Communities.
If you've rented a movie from iTunes on your PC, you should be able to play the movie by double clicking it in your iTunes library.
See this link for more help with playing movies in iTunes:
iTunes 12 for Windows: Play movies, TV shows, and other video
If you don't see it, or can't play it, make sure it's downloaded completely.
When you click Rent, your movie downloads. Download time depends on the speed of your Internet connection.
Find your movie on the device you used to rent it.
- On a Mac or PC: Go to the Rentals tab in the Movies section of the iTunes Library.
If the movie has a cloud icon with a down arrow, click it to download the movie.
If the movie still does not play, or is not found in your iTunes library, you may want to report the problem with your purchase:
Sincerely,
Jeremy
