I'm glad to hear that you found your lost iPhone.
It sounds like you put your iPhone in Lost mode using Find my iPhone in iCloud. If it was erased after being found, you will need to enter your Apple ID (iCloud account) and password to unlock it. This is a feature called Activation Lock:
Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
You should be able to unlock your iPhone with the same Apple ID and password used to log into iCloud.com.
If you're not able to enter this information, or it's not accepted by your iPhone, the support article iCloud: Account troubleshooting suggests that you "Contact iCloud Support for assistance."
